Booking fee: a $5 booking fee is charged when you reserve your appointment. This fee is separate from your hair service and is NOT applied toward the total hair payment. Your $50 deposit is separate and does go toward your total.

• Appointments: Booking ahead is recommended. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total balance and must be paid at the time of booking. Note: the separate $5 booking fee is not part of the deposit and is not applied toward your hair payment.

• Appointment without a deposit will not be confirmed.

• Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit or being charged a cancellation fee.

• Non-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice may result in being blocked from future bookings unless communication had been made prior.

• Late arrivals: A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service. A $15 late fee applies if you are 25 minutes to 1 hour late; if you are more than 1 hour late, the deposit is lost and the appointment must be rescheduled.

• Hair Prep: Arrive with clean, fully detangled, and stretched hair, washed and blow-dried straight and ready to braid. If your hair is not straightened, straightening or blow-dry is an extra paid service (unless you have booked a wash or prep add-on)

• Kids’ Services: We welcome kids but ask that they are cooperative and able to sit through the service.

• Style Changes: Decide on your style before your appointment. last minute changes may not be accommodated.

• Touch-Ups: Touch-up appointments should be booked within 2 weeks of your original style.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are offered once the service is complete. if there is an issue, please let us know within 48 hours

• Payments: Cash only — we do not accept Zelle, Apple Pay, or card.

• Kids ages 4 to 7 have their own flat pricing — see the Kids’ Braids page. Tips are appreciated but Never required.

• Please make sure that your hair is fully washed and detangled before coming for your service.

• We provide the Washing and detangling service for short hair, we charge $20 extra.

• In case your hair is Afro and very tangled, we charge $40 extra for the washing service.

• Kids’ discounts: $10 off any style for children age 12 · $20 off for age 11 · $30 off for age 10 · $40 off for ages 8–9. These discounts apply only to Medium, Small and Small-Medium box braids, twist and knotless styles. The discount does not apply to extra-long or extra-thick hair — see the example photo on the Kids’ Braids page. Children ages 4 to 7 have their own flat pricing, also on that page.

• Important notice: discounts only apply when we estimate that your hair is average length. In case you have long hair, we apply our regular prices for the styles.

• We provide 3 packs of braiding hair; if more is needed, each extra pack is $10.

• Hours: Sunday–Thursday 9am–9pm; Friday and Saturday 8am–10pm.

• Walk-ins: please call before coming.

• Early appointments: 6am is an extra $40; 7am is an extra $20.
